Last weekend a friend generously offered her cabin on Whidbey Island to us. What a gift to spend one of the last blue sky weekends in a spot that overlooks Puget Sound and is down the road from Ft. So what’s next for us? We’re currently working on several potential routes to secure a 1/4 acre to farm next year! We’re lucky to have two new farmer incubator sites nearby. The incubators provide some basic equipment and infrastructure and, importantly, highly subsidized land.
